This was a hard week. Ate out way more than I have since I started this lifestyle change. WOW! Is that hard to do! I managed to avoid extra condiments, the bread on the table, and many other minefields, but the portions sizes are so big, and I’m not good at stopping myself.
Exercising was also difficult this week and not because I didn’t want to. I actually did want to. I know – shocking! However, my schedule was just NUTS!
We’ve got guests here for the end of spring break, and I managed to serve a very healthy breakfast this morning that everyone enjoyed. It was great!
I didn’t lose any this week, but I didn’t gain any, and considering the craziness of the week, I’m happy with that.
Praying that next week is MUCH BETTER! I’m ready to lose some more!!!

Holding during a tough week is great!
What was for breakfast? I am always looking for one more meal that is not a heart attack on a plate 🙂
We all have the crazy weeks. Unless you live at my house, where every week is a crazy week and normalcy is considered weird. You did a good job holding on to your progress! If you have a healthy breakfast recipe, please share!
Really… great week. It’s hard to maintain and not give into eating crazy with guests and crazy weeks! I’m proud of you! Kick it this week! I don’t want to be alone as I crawl home after tough work outs! 🙂
Lucky for you your guests are not crazy eaters. It’s not gaining is great. Good job.
Sorry I need to read what I write. Not gaining is Super.
Not gaining is great! I actually gained this past week due to Easter but I’m keepin’ on keepin’ on. And you’re doing better by the fact that you WANT to work out!
Keep it up girl! You’ll be in the bikini in no time. What? no bikini? :o)
Way to hold!! 🙂 Good job this week!
It is hard during holidays and having guests too. I’ll be praying with you for a more calm week coming up and keep up the good work!
Hang in there. Life will slow down eventually. Just squeeze in a little excercize when you can.
Sometimes not gaining is a huge success in itself! And all those changes when eating out? Huge. Good job!
