I truly don’t want to talk about it. But, I shall for you my fellow losing it gals.
Gained a pound.
Ate french fries – twice.
Didn’t drink enough water 3 days.
Didn’t exercise every day.
Extremely frustrated with myself.
However, tomorrow is another day! (Didn’t Scarlet say that or something?)
I can do this. I just need to focus. And not be so stressed. And be more purposeful about packing snacks. And focus. Did I mention the focus?
