I have lost all motivation. Like all of it…
Well, I’m still walking most days, but the eating thing. Totally out of control.
I’m a stress eater. And an emotional eater. I’ve been both lately – stressed and emotional. They kind of go together don’t they?
I didn’t gain any weight, but I didn’t lose any either. I did walk most days, but it was like pulling teeth to get myself out of bed. I will give the excuse/reason that Aunt Flo was visiting me this week. Her visits leave me drained. I always need more sleep.
How did you guys do this week? I can’t wait to hear. I’ve seen lots of exercising and calorie burning numbers on Twitter. So proud of all of you. Really I am!
