Losing It! 09 17 10

Howdy Losing It! Ladies (and men if there are any)!

I hope this Friday finds you all feeling fine. I am in a very chipper mood as I am packing today to go see The Mouse. That’s right – the House of Hills is heading south. We’re actually going to get on a big boat to hang out with The Mouse. This big boat has lots of buffets. Yummy! Thankfully, this big boat also has a gym! LOL!

So, this next week is a who knows what kinda week. I’m going to do my best. I know my body doesn’t do well when it has too much junk. I know I need lots of water (we’re taking a case with us). I know I need to balance decent eating with exercise. However, I also know I’m going to be on a cruise boat. So…

This past week was a rough one at the House of Hills. The hubby’s back went out – seriously went out. The van had to go in the shop. For a few scary hours, I thought I was going to need a new transmission. We signed a contract to build our new house. Oh, and I worked. Ya, a bit intense you might say. I am SO ready for vacation!

Now, all of that craziness typically would have caused me to power eat. However, I did not. And, I did not gain any weight, which I am thankful for. I think part of that not gaining was the multiple times I walked up and down the stairs to help/check on the hubby. Seriously, my booty was hurting after his first day of bed rest – so some muscles were getting a workout! To sum it up, I stayed put again this week. And, I’m not going to beat myself up over that!

How did you do this week? We’d love to cheer you on!
