I enjoyed the 10 Steps post. At a conference this weekend I learned OHIO: Only Handle It Once. The tip about putting things away as soon as you’re done reminded me of that.

What is it with the kitchen stuff. I swear it multiplies in those drawers. Either that or disappears completely so you can’t find it when you need it.
